Cancellation Policy

Mocking Media Service Terms and Agreement By booking and participating in media coaching or AI prompt engineering services ("the Services") provided by Mocking Media ("the Business"), the Client accepts these terms. 1. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership All proprietary materials, coaching frameworks, handouts, templates, methods, and educational content ("the Materials") are the sole and exclusive Intellectual Property of Mocking Media. Permitted Use: The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Materials only for their individual, internal, non-commercial purposes. Restrictions: The Client may not reproduce, share, distribute, publish, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Materials or session recordings without the express written permission of Mocking Media. Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of Services without refund, and legal action. 2. Service Waiver and Liability The Services are provided virtually. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring they have working technology (internet, camera, microphone) for participation. The Business makes no guarantee or warranty regarding specific outcomes, results, or benefits derived from the Services or the Materials. The Client hereby waives and releases Mocking Media, its owners, and staff from any and all liability, past, present, and future, relating to any loss, damage, or claims arising from the provision or use of the Services or the Materials. 3. Refund and Cancellation Policy Eligibility Window: Clients may cancel a scheduled class or appointment up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the confirmed start time for a partial refund. Cancellation Fee: All eligible cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (fifty percent) of the total service cost. Refund: If eligible (48+ hours notice), the Client will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, or for client no-shows. Business Cancellation: If Mocking Media cancels a service, the Client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
